About

About

Specialists in residential and mixed-use development.

Founded in 2017, NorthEight provides Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Cost Management to developers, landowners and funders.

In recent years, the practice has expanded to include Development Management and Project Monitoring — services developed on request for repeat clients.

The practice is regulated by RICS, and chartered across both the quantity surveying and civil engineering surveying disciplines — with formal accreditation in adjudication and an active involvement in construction law. That range is deliberate: it means the same senior team can take a scheme from first cost plan to final account, and hold its ground if a dispute arises along the way.
