The short version

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us.

What we collect

• Enquiries. If you use the call-back form or email us, we keep your name, contact details and project description in order to respond and, where relevant, to follow up. Basis: legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or steps preparatory to a contract.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send our quarterly construction cost and market commentary. Basis: consent. Every issue includes an unsubscribe route, and you can email us at any time.
• Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard request logs (including IP address) for security and abuse prevention, deleted on a short rolling cycle.

What we never do

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no sale or renting of personal data.

Sharing and retention

We share personal data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and our email (for example, hosting), or where the law requires. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful and, where an engagement follows, as part of our client records; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any right, email info@northeight.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
